DIRECTIONS

As a dietary supplement, begin by taking 1 capsule of THERMO BLITZ on an empty stomach before breakfast with 8oz. of water for the first three (3) days. An additional 1 capsule six to eight hours later on an empty stomach may be taken starting on day 4. Once the above steps have been taken, an additional capsule may be added to the morning dose.
